If you're an Operations Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Operations Specialist 1 (Level 1) reports to an Engineering Supervisor. The position supports production from a technical standpoint and has a basic understanding of the product being produced in the area. This person is the first line of defense for production related issues. This person also solves minor manufacturing problems and works with members to implement process and product improvements. This is a non-exempt position on 1st shift (6:30 / 7:00 AM

  • Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch at our Fort Collins
  • Lincoln Campus.
What You Will Be Doing Support production from a technical perspective and troubleshoot minor manufacturing issues and solve problems. Identify mistakes on various manufacturing documents and interpret work instructions and manufacturing documentation. Evaluate tooling for current designs and identify areas for operational improvement. Analyze data from current systems to guide problem-solving efforts. Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Maintain calibration records for compliance. Utilize lean principles to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement and standardization of manufacturing processes. Participate in cross-functional projects to drive manufacturing improvements. Act as the first line of defense for production-related challenges. What We Are Looking For US
  • High School Diploma required No less than 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and/or design/training/implementation of processes including setup/programming/training for tooling, fixturing and manufacturing aids.
