The Full Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for the following: Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position Engage with potential new clients to grow their book of business Nurture current client relationships to create new opportunities The Full Cycle Recruiter must have the following experience: At least two years' experience with business development At least two years' experience recruiting Experience sourcing candidates from a wide range of sources The ability to build strong client and candidate relationships
