Exciting Homecare Agency is looking to hire a Coordinator Supervisor for our Jenkintown office to oversee Scheduling Coordinators and coordinate the placement of caregivers to clients. The Coordinator Supervisor is a caring and compassionate representative. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage caregivers, which includes schedules, discipline, and performance management. Schedule/Assign HHAs/PCAs to patient cases. Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes and approve changes. Post and fill open shifts as they occur. Verify staff attendance. Document all covered shifts and vacant shifts in the scheduling system in real-time. Submit time sheets accurately into HHA Exchange in a timely manner for payroll purposes. Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardies and early arrivals and coordinate daily with HR to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly. Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers on an ongoing basis. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect. Work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact information on all staff and ensure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance. Assist with the screening of caregivers. Develop and implement strategies for staff retention. Train and manage Coordinators. Assist the team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
College Degree preferred. Previous scheduler experience is required. Familiar with HHAExchange. Experience in a long-term care setting required. Management experience required. Phone customer service skills. Organizational Skills. Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines. Valid driver's license and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and is in good working order.

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
