Adelaide Environmental Health Associates, Inc Asbestos/Lead Inspector in Hudson Valley Area , New York Asbestos/Lead Inspector Job description: Adelaide is seeking to hire an asbestos inspector who is currently certified in both New York State and New York City. The applicant will need to be self-sufficient, computer literate and have at least one year of experience. We are willing to train the right candidate if they do not currently have certifications. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Asbestos, Lead and PCB Inspections Asbestos Project Monitoring and Air Sampling Indoor Air Quality Inspections Detailed reports of findings Valid NYS Drivers License and running personal vehicle

Qualifications:

NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector NYC Asbestos Investigator NYS Asbestos Project Monitor a plus Strong organizational and interpersonal skills The candidates salary will be based on their experience.

Job Type:

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience and once NYC investigator is obtained up to another $7,500 pay increase.
