Job Description

Help Desk Analyst with law firm in NYC The Forum Group New York, NY 10018 • Hybrid work Job Summary 300 + person law firm in NYC is seeking a seasoned Help Desk Analyst to join a dynamic team. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work on-site three days per week after an initial training period during which five days per week , on -site will be required.
Responsibilities:
Level I and Level II Support for all levels of business users. Coordinate with 3rd party training company to ensure that all users have required technology training. Assist in set up of new desktop computers, laptops and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems updates, software applications, and hardware components through Intune. Assist with Setting up conference rooms.
Requirements:
Law firm industry experience is mandatory. Must be able to provide hardware and software support to all levels of business users. Should have experience with Active Directory Minimum of three years' professional experience. Please do not apply if you do not have legal industry experience as this is mandatory.
Job Type:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
