• Choose your own schedule. We are seeking a motivated and licensed ACA Sales Agent to join our team. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity to connect with clients, assist them in finding the best healthcare solutions, and grow in a dynamic sales environment. Pay rate is $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance plans to eligible individuals. Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and guide them through the enrollment process. Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

Must be licensed in FL & GA and hold 3 or more active health insurance licenses from the following states:

IL, OH, OK, SC, TX, NH, IN, MI, MS.

Previous experience in ACA or health insurance sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and CRM systems.

Technical & Work Environment Requirements:

A PC (Windows or Mac) with a reliable operating system. High-speed internet connection to support calls and online work. Headset for clear communication. Webcam (preferred) for virtual meetings and client interactions. A quiet, professional workspace to ensure quality conversations with clients.
