Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote) and is open to MN-Lakeville, WI-Sun Prairie, IL-Bloomington or any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: This position provides strategic oversight and leadership for activities including credit administration, loan analysis, approvals within delegated authorities, monitoring, servicing and reporting across Ag Lending Credit. It collaborates across the organization to develop and drive strategies, short & long-term business goals, enhance programs and drive efficiencies. Leads credit efforts and works closely with business units to execute within a team relationship model. Directly and indirectly manages team leaders and/or team members within across Ag Lending credit including their selection, development, motivation, evaluation, and compensation.
