Our award-winning franchise in Crystal Lake, IL, and West Dundee, IL, is seeking an enthusiastic Employment Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be instrumental in matching people's skillsets with the right positions, fulfilling client needs, and networking within the community in a sales capacity. Base pay starts at $37,440 plus commission and increases after training is completed.

Fill 100% of all qualified job orders with urgency Qualify and take thorough and complete job orders Coordinate and control the job order process, working closely with our Outside Sales Rep and Client Make 15+ inside sales calls per week or more depending on business needs Consistently build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Schedule accordingly to conduct a minimum of 15 interviews per week Document all details of the interview in the automated system Complete a minimum of two Employment Verification calls on every associate prior to assignment Maintain candidate control and ensure high satisfaction levels by consistently communicating with associates pre and post placement/assignment Convert 100% of Employment Verification Calls into sales calls and/or recruiting calls Generate and expand business with existing accounts and new accounts
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 4 years in full-cycle recruiting required Bachelor's degree preferred We are flexible on the salary, as our priority is finding the right person for the position and we won't be reviewing candidates that do not meet the qualifications. How to
