New York Title, Abstract Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Title Insurance Salesperson to join our team, focusing on the Five Boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Candidates with an established book of business are strongly encouraged to apply. Additionally, we welcome paralegals with closing experience who are interested in transitioning into a dual role as an in-house closer and salesperson.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, attorneys, lenders, and other industry contacts to generate title insurance business. Leverage your established book of business to drive sales growth in the assigned territory. Educate clients and prospects about title insurance products and services. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.For paralegal candidates:
Handle in-house closings while also actively engaging in sales activities. Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and industry developments.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a title insurance salesperson, with an established client base preferred. Strong knowledge of title insurance products and real estate transactions. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.For paralegal candidates:
Experience with real estate closings and transaction management.Compensation:
