- This position is full time, eight-hour shift from Thursday to Monday (weekend shift) between 08:00 AM
- 05:00 PM, or a ten-hour shift from Friday to Monday between 08:00 AM
- 06:00 PM (weekend shift), with some flexibility. We offer 2
- 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute
- from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- + Provides concurrent and retrospective review to improve chart documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- + High School Diploma/GED + Must be 18 years of age OR older + Active Registered Nurse (RN) + Medical Graduate with CDI (Clinical Documentation Integrity) experience + 1+ years of with CDI (Clinical Documentation Integrity) experience + Experience with communicating & working closely with physicians + Proficiency with using a PC in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

- 06:00 PM (weekend shift), with some flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + 2+ years of clinical acute care hospital experience + 2+ years of CDI experience. + CAC experience + CCDS, CDIP, or CCS certification.
Telecommuting Requirements:
- + Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) + Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. + Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
- All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment.
