Outline of responsibilities:
Assisting with new store openings Coordinating logistics and ensuring all necessary resources are in place for a successful launch. Invoice Audits Conduct regular audits of repair invoices to ensure appropriate timelines and profits are made. Office Supplies Reorder Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder items as necessary to ensure seamless operations. Infrastructure Processes Update and manage a comprehensive guide for all the shop's infrastructure, including utilities, equipment, and procedural workflows to ensure consistency across locations. Celebration Plans Assist leadership with planning and organizing employee celebrations and team events, ensuring communication and execution are seamless. Accounts Payable (A/P) Handle management and processing of accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with vendors to maintain timely payments. Huddle Prep Prepare for weekly manager huddles (virtual meeting) by preparing presentations or reports, and ensuring the sheet has all necessary materials. Waste Tires Report and pay the monthly disposal of waste tires Employee Master Sheet Maintenance Work with leadership to update and maintain employee information Google Reviews Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google Document Organization (Drive) Work with our Operations team to organize and maintain a digital filing system within the company drive, ensuring documents are properly labeled, accessible, and compliant with company policies. Vendor Setup Assist in the setup and onboarding of new vendors by collecting necessary information, ensuring contracts and agreements are in place, and coordinating with relevant departments. Off-boarding Work with Operations during the employee offboarding process, ensuring necessary paperwork is completed, access to company systems is revoked, and the off-boarding checklist is completed. Utilities Ensure proper management of utility services for all shops.
