Iceberg is seeking a multi-faceted Information Technology professional. This role will report the Network Administrator and will take the primary lead on all Help Desk calls in addition to supporting business ERP systems application support. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong manufacturing and distribution IT systems background.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work under the direction of the Network Administrator Provide timely technical support and problem resolution via an online Help Desk system Maintain timely and accurate records of problems/solutions within the Help Desk system Assist with the operation of the Microsoft Windows based computer network and all connected PCs and peripherals Act as a resource on issues regarding VOIP and internet based communications Assist with technical planning and support for upgrades, new applications, and system integration Monitor network performance using PRTG and Lansweeper asset scanning services Experience with SQL management, including backup and restore and scripting Experience with managing all aspects of Office365 and Mobile connectivity Management of Mobile devices Support local and remote users with SSL VPN and Terminal Services using Multi Factor methods. Demonstrate a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy to end-user issues Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Three plus years working in a technical capacity for a manufacturing/distribution company Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP is required Experience with Microsoft Server versions 2012R2 to 2022 DFS, Application and Hyper-V Experience with Microsoft RDSH Terminal Services Experience with Microsoft Office365 including Exchange, Teams and Sharepoint Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ERP systems Experience with Inventory Management systems to include Barcode Scanning and Label Printing Experience with SPAM Management services and Desktop Anti-Virus Systems Experience with Veeam Backup and Recovery including Office365 Experience with UniFi or similar enterprise WiFi systems Oral and written communication skills Ability to deal with clients in a timely and professional manner Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Education and/orWork Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED certificate Able to multi-taskPhysical Requirements:
