COMMISSION PAY STRUCTURE

: $100k - $175k+ per year (Based on performance) 10% Commission on net sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Speaking to potential sellers from company generated leads Build rapport and identify seller real estate problems to solve Negotiate Property Pricing and make offers to acquire properties Work with an Energetic Team and Have Fun!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have real estate experience Must have a Persuasive Personality Exceptional phone and in person Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved High School Diploma or equivalent; (Some College Preferred) Manage a pipeline of prospects
; respond in a timely manner Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
; Self motivated! Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
; Organized and switch tasks with ease! Computer literate.
