Sr Oracle Financials Techno/Functional Solution Architect

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Oracle Financial Solution Architect to support our client. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience and a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities:

Build Finance Accounts:

Develop finance accounts from scratch to meet business requirements.

Design and Provide Solutions:

Create and implement effective solutions for complex financial processes.

Independent Work:

Operate with minimal guidance, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.

EBS Focus:

Specialize in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with a deep understanding of its functionalities. General Ledger (GL): Manage and optimize General Ledger processes.

SQL Programming:

Utilize SQL for programming and queries to support financial operations.

Technical Solutions:

Understand and implement FLOW and other technical solutions.

Procure Capex Model:

Handle procurement capital expenditure models and calculations.

Leadership:

Lead, design, and drive logical solutions for financial processes.

Project Management:

Run meetings, provide updates, obtain stakeholder sign-offs, and move projects into production.

Assess, Design, and Implement Improvements:

Evaluate, design, and implement enhancements to Oracle EBS.

Customer Collaboration:

Work with customers to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Support:

Assist sales representatives with solution design and manage the sales cycle.

Team Leadership:

Lead teams of solution SMEs during the sales cycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

ERP Extensions and Customizations:

Design, develop, and implement ERP extensions and customizations.

AWS Components:

Work with AWS components like React, Node JS, and JavaScript.

Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with a focus on EBS. Proven ability to build finance accounts from scratch and design effective solutions. Strong SQL programming skills. Experience with General Ledger (GL) and financial process optimization. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in handling procure capex models and calculations. Proven track record of running meetings, providing updates, and obtaining stakeholder sign-offs. Experience in assessing, designing, and implementing improvements to Oracle EBS. Ability to work with customers to understand their business challenges. Experience supporting sales representatives with solution design and sales cycle management. Proven ability to lead teams of solution SMEs during the sales cycle. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ERP extensions and customizations. Familiarity with AWS components like React, Node JS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications:
