Position Duties include but not limited to: Work independently with little supervision and be resourceful in finding solutions to issues as they arise to meet deadlines. Thrive in a fast paced, changing environment with strong attention to detail for data entry, research, and problem-solving skills. Responsible for verifying internal fuel costs and sales price accuracy in accordance with vendor and customer contracts. Ensure accuracy of invoice details against system records prior to billing customers. Be adaptable to changes in the workflow process and prioritize multiple tasks at once. Responsible for reconciling the fuel and freight invoices. Collaborate with customers, carriers, and multiple departments within the company including accounts payable, dispatch, and sales to resolve customer service inquiries and special billing situations. Be a team-player and demonstrate willingness to perform tasks not directly associated with role, including backing-up coworkers, clerical tasks, and other duties as assigned. Be excited to learn and grow with the company. Ability to work stated shift. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Requirements High School Diploma Strongly prefer a four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or other business-oriented field. Fuel industry experience preferred, but not required. Demonstrated computer skills, especially importing to and exporting from Excel. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Excellent time-management and organizations skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional analytical skill to sort through high volume of data and information Ability to anticipate problems and address them proactively Testing Requirements Candidate will be required to participate in the following as a condition to hiring: Attention to Detail Assessment Spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel Assessment Culture Index Survey General Information Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, Allstate supplemental plans, Life insurance with buy up option, vacation accrual and paid holidays.
