Wichita, KS | ICT Main accountabilities include: Other duties may be assigned Comply with the Location's attendance/tardiness Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites Schedules all preventive maintenance Orders parts required for preventive maintenance and major Maintains all equipment records and monitors vehicle registration and hour meter Coordinates scheduling of equipment to be Coordinates all QA inspections on fuel Adjust errors and Performs or assists in performing duties as Required Other duties may be assignedSupervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure Ground Equipment and Fueling repair deadlines are Safety, Security and Compliance All employees have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to: Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their actions or omissions whilst at work. Fully versed in International Aviation Safety and Security standards and passionate about promoting them within the organization. Co-operate with their manager / supervisor to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company. Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health, safety, or welfare reasons. Inform their manager / supervisor of any work situation, equipment or activity that represents a serious or immediate danger to health and safety. Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in this manual. Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures. Fully understand the company health and safety policy. Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company. Qualifications and Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must provide necessary tools High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and Completion of an Automotive/Diesel Mechanic degree program Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English and comprehend instructions, short correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, vendors, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Possess/maintain a valid US driver's license with clean driving record and other FAA Airport required identification/seals or authorizations, ASE Certifications a plus. Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing. Must be comfortable lifting/moving 70lbs. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Must pass pre-employment drug test and FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal To report any significant deficiency in our products, materials, and documents Has the duty to suggest any improvements to working practices, especially those relating to safety and security.Physical Demands:
