Full Time Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Welder First Shift to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$22/hr What's the Job? Create quality welds according to blueprints. Inspect welds for accuracy and perform first piece inspections. Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel/aluminum parts. Change wire and welding materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety rules. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 40-60 lbs occasionally. Basic reading and writing skills to follow work order instructions.
