As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling process parameters, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implementing process improvements.

Job Location:

The ideal candidate will be working on-site in the state of Nevada, USA in Carson City. Carson City is the state capital and is just a quick 30 minutes from the beautiful Lake Tahoe and 30 minutes away from The Biggest Little City, Reno.

What you will be doing:

Monitor key process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and quality metrics. Identify deviations from established standards and take corrective actions. Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and potential issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Identify and implement preventive maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify opportunities for process optimization. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Participate in root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify product conformance. Document and report quality issues and corrective actions. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. Identify and report safety hazards. Participate in safety training and drills.

What you will bring along:

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or process engineering) preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Proficiency in using measurement instruments and diagnostic tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate:

$20-$25 per hour depending on experience.
