• The Developer II position has the ability to work fully remote from Washington, Oregon or Idaho.

• Role Summary:

• The Developer II will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and support of our applications.

This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Sr. Developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our banking operations. The Developer II is expected to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive and secure. 

• What You Will Be Doing:

• 1.

Work with Project Managers, Product Owners, and other developers to develop custom software applications2. Design, develop, and test code in alignment with Gesa's coding standards3. Develop custom WEB APIs to integrate software components4. Write unit tests as needed for their or other's software components5. Design and implement security measures for their assigned application area6. Maintain knowledge of current and evolving technology, evaluate changes in or new technology, and provide Senior Developers with information relevant to new technologies (hardware, software, or services) that could be beneficial7. Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and systems.8. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications9. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Excellent verbal and written communication skills2. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and problem-solving skills3. Experience in an agile and scrum environment4. A working knowledge of web security principles and other security systems5. Ability to analyze information and recommend achievable process improvements to management6. Self-motivated and able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks
