Full Job Description Job Summary:

Bell Ford is seeking technicians with 3 years experience in the automotive field. We have a young growing team that work together to provide quality repairs. We have an air conditioned shop with the coolest techs around.

Compensation:

Flat-rate commission based pay, where your salary is directly tied with your work ethic. There is no salary cap, so the sky's the limit.

Hours:

Service is open 7am-6pm Monday through Friday. Saturday 7am-5pm. We offer flexible hours within that schedule. Lincoln or Ford Responsibilities:

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and voluntary life insurance. Qualifications:

3+ years of Service Technician experience at a Dealership High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification preferred B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve Enjoy working in a dynamic environment Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Valid AZ driver's license and good driving record Must be able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC)
