Drug Testing Scheduler - DOT Urine Specimen Collector Certified 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Livermore, CA Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a highly organized and detail-oriented Drug Testing Scheduler . This position is located in Livermore, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling drug tests for individuals in an employee health environment. The Drug Testing Scheduler will also coordinate with drug testing facilities, communicate with clients, and ensure timely and accurate scheduling of drug tests. Pay Rate- $48/hr
Benefits:
$5.36/hr health and welfare benefit stipend
Responsibilities :
Schedule drug tests for clients in various industries and ensure timely and accurate scheduling Coordinate with drug testing facilities to ensure proper testing procedures are followed Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and rescheduling of drug tests Manage scheduling conflicts and ensure all tests are scheduled within the required time frame Keep accurate records of all scheduled drug tests and provide regular reports to management Work closely with the drug testing team to ensure efficient and effective testing procedures are followed Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
DOT Urine Specimen Collector Certification High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in scheduling or customer service is preferred Familiarity with drug testing procedures and regulations is a plus If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping ensure the safety of individuals in various industries, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
