Shifts:

4 days on, 4 days off to 4 nights on 7:00am to 7:00pm (Day shift schedule) 7:00am to 7:00pm (Night shift Schedule) What's the Job? As a Maintenance Electrician, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components within the aluminum manufacturing plant. This role is essential to keeping electrical equipment running efficiently, ensuring safety, and minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical systems and components. Assist in the inspection of transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components. Use appropriate testing devices to troubleshoot electrical issues. Support in repairing and replacing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Adhere to safety protocols and assist in the maintenance of safety equipment. Perform general electrical maintenance tasks as needed. What's Needed?

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

Entry Level:

Less than 1 year of experience

Skills:

Basic knowledge of hand tools and standard electrical equipment. Working knowledge of a multimeter and ability to check fuses. Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical systems, such as 110-volt circuits. Willingness to learn and assist in electrical maintenance tasks. A complete job description will be provided.
