Job Description

Electrician Join a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing lifesaving therapies and supporting advances in healthcare. As a Plumber Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving building systems across multiple campuses. Responsibilities Five years of electrical experience in commercial, industrial, or residential Proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and making repairs promptly Proficient in installing electrical panel systems, conduit, wiring, and fixtures Proficient in working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment Associated Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to identify wires accurately Ability to perform electrical tests, read results, and diagnose and repair electrical problems Problem-solving Critical thinking Circuit knowledge Time management To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following job competencies: Cooperation/Teamwork—Works harmoniously and builds a positive team spirit while working with others to get a job done; responds positively to instructions and procedures Oral/Written Communication—Expresses oneself clearly in conversation and business writing Working Environment & Conditions/Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods May work in dusty, dirty, hot, or wet conditions Push, pull, or carry heavy fixtures/material Must be able to move or lift more than 75 lbs Travel may be required per project, which needs 20-30% Occasionally extended hours and overtime may be required to meet workload demands Proficiency in operating aerial lift equipment is required Equipment or Machines Routinely Used in This Position Sheetrock/Drywall Saw Utility Knife Channel locks Essential Skills 3-5 years of Commercial Electrical experience. High School Diploma. Clean driving record. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA Certification is a plus. Experience using hand tools and painting. Ability to lift up to 75lbs repetitively. Work Environment Work both indoors and outdoors across four campuses, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Be prepared for on-call duties every seven weeks, with additional pay for on-call hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
