Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair property and equipment (both indoor and outdoor). Conduct regular inspections and perform repairs or replacements as needed. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and troubleshoot issues. Ensure safety compliance and follow proper protocols. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

Preventative maintenance experience. Safety compliance knowledge. Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance.
