Job Description

Quality Control Inspector Incoming 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 7455 West 2nd Court, Hialeah, FL 33014 We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a quality control inspector you will perform incoming inspections on units arriving to the repair station from customers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming materials.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers,calipers, etc.
  • Evaluate customer repair order requirements and clarify with the customer any questions regarding the scope and type of the work to be done and determine what maintenance data are to be used to perform the work.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in internal and external audits as needed
  • Assist with shipping duties when inspection duties are completed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Minimum of 1 year or experience working in an aircraft repair station.
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or non-conformities
  • Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze data effectively
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
