Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle's integrated computer system Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships

Qualifications:

Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory GED or high school diploma is mandatory Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred Experience and background will dictate the hourly wage level.
