The IT Support Specialist/Technician is designed to support TRENCH-ADE's internal IT operations by managing day-to-day technical tasks and acting as a liaison between the company and its outsourced IT provider. This position is responsible for routine IT support, system maintenance, and asset management to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with business objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities with TRENCH-ADE's Core Values at the forefront. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between TRENCH-ADE and the outsourced IT provider, facilitating communication and task delegation for higher-level IT needs. Manage routine IT support tasks, including troubleshooting software issues, resolving IT tickets, and providing direct support to employees to minimize disruptions. Oversee the functionality of key IT systems, such as printer setups, phone routing, and infrastructure maintenance. Operational Tasks Handle user account management, including account setups, email group updates, and permissions across platforms like LogMeIn, Mosyle, Ubiquiti, ABM, and MS 365. Maintain and track IT assets, ensuring proper tagging, updates, and documentation for equipment across all locations. Manage software updates, restrictions, and maintenance to ensure system configurations remain current. Perform security updates, SharePoint/Teams setup and cleanup, and basic IT system management. Project Support Support the rollout of new systems, such as texting solutions and other systems as needed, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with the outsourced IT provider on migration plans and advanced projects, including VPN updates and server maintenance. Documentation and SOPs Develop and maintain IT-related documentation, including SOPs.COMPETENCIES

Communication:
Must be able to communicate verbally with others on-site, in-person, and over the telephone. Ability to communicate verbally and use standard office equipment. locations as required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Work Experience A high school diploma or GED is required; formal education is preferred. High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus. At least 3 year of IT or technical support experience preferred. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software systems.
