Workday Full Job Description Job Summary:
The HR Information Systems & Reporting Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR Operations functions. This role involves collaborating with colleagues across departments to collect business needs, resolve system issues, and continuously configure and enhance the Human Resources Information System (Workday). The specialist will lead and implement projects within the HR Operations team, performing data-driven analysis and turning results into clear, actionable insights. They will be responsible for managing projects aimed at driving engagement and achieving positive business outcomes.Job Responsibilities:
Take the lead in configuring and launching new modules, tools, and functionalities in Workday. Assess, communicate, and coordinate the technical impact of Workday setup decisions, offering in-depth analysis when needed. Develop and maintain tailored reporting within the HRIS platform. Train end users on how to navigate and use Workday features. Oversee configuration, rollout, and change management efforts for designated projects. Monitor and document risks and issues, updating stakeholders and escalating concerns when required. Seek and implement improvements to business procedures, workflows, and system configurations. Contribute to Workday update efforts by reviewing new features, analyzing potential impacts, running regression tests, and updating training content. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of necessary reports, documents, forecasts, and data analysis. Use workforce data to conduct analysis that supports company-wide goals and strategic initiatives. Design or refine metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to track progress toward objectives and identify new opportunities. Review the effectiveness of internal controls, monitor progress toward program goals, find gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Establish and maintain performance metrics to assess progress and compliance, and compile insights for continuous improvement. Carry out additional duties as needed.Minimum Qualifications:
