Full Job Description Qualifications:

High School graduation or equivalent Two years of experience in the warehousing field, including receiving, shipping, packaging Experience with inventory control, logistical procedures, and asset inventory management systems

Essential Duties :

Tracks technology inventory using online, web-based database system Ships, receives, inventories, and works with Logistics on distributing equipment and materials, including warranty repair services Coordinates with Logistics to issue stock from warehouse as notified by request; Ensures scheduled delivery of requested items Creates and maintains computer files and records for technology Audit's school and district technology inventory as directed by supervisor Coordinates with school-based technology and inventory Coordinators and Principals to determine inventory needs Establishes stocking and storing procedures; coordinates with Logistics to store materials and supplies according to supplier/vendor instructions Coordinates with Logistics to ensure warehouse is locked when unattended; maintains security of warehouse stock Obtains bids and quotes on a variety of technology supplies and equipment Communicates with vendors concerning purchase orders; receives supplies and verifies against purchase orders; processes packing slips for payment submission by bookkeeper Creates, develops and maintains district budget spreadsheets and reports for Technology Works with Logistics to check items received against packing slips Unpacks boxes of supplies and materials as needed Ensures Logistics stores technology items as required by vendor Informs supervisor of any delivery issues/concerns Performs all other duties as assigned
