  • Hybrid work About Us We're a growing company with a powerful online platform tailored for staffing agencies.
Our software includes an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Job Order Tracking, Customer and Applicant Portals, Timecard Views, and a mobile app. We're seeking a dedicated QA Software Tester to play a critical role in elevating product quality, user satisfaction, and development speed. What You'll Do As our QA Tester, you'll be responsible for ensuring new features and updates meet the highest quality standards before release. You'll work closely with our developers, product managers, and leadership to create a structured QA process, catch bugs early, perform various testing methodologies, and continuously improve testing standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Write and execute test plans for our: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Job Order Tracking System Online job application and onboarding tools Customer and applicant portals Mobile app version of the applicant portal
Perform:
Functional Testing
  • Ensure features work per business requirements Regression Testing
  • Confirm existing features still work after changes Smoke Testing
  • Run quick checks on new builds to ensure stability Exploratory Testing
  • Unscripted testing to uncover edge-case bugs Other related tasks: Log and track detailed bug reports with reproducible steps and screenshots Validate bug fixes and perform re-tests Create and maintain a library of test cases Collaborate with developers and team leads during sprints and release cycles Build process documentation to define and evolve QA standards Help set up test automation in the future (e.
g., Selenium, Playwright) What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing (web and/or mobile applications) Familiarity with QA best practices, bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira), and test case management Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
