Spend 30-40% of your time on the phone or email, interacting with schools and libraries to address their accounts receivable needs.

Collections :

Handle soft collections with a relationship-focused approach tailored to their unique customer base.

Payment Applications :

Accurately apply payments and maintain customer account integrity.

Sales Tax :

Manage and process sales tax returns.

Special Projects :
