Flat Rate Certification & Experience:

Manufacturer certified in all listed repair areas Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (ASE Master Technician preferred) 3-5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience Proven ability to exceed 105% customer pay repairs

Your Role:

Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately per Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose vehicle issues and determine the best course of repair. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality workmanship. Accurately document all repairs, time spent, and procedures followed. Maintain an organized, clean workspace and return special tools properly. Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer/ASE certifications. Follow all safety protocols and maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.

Competency in performing repairs with no supervision in: Lube & Maintenance Services Engine Repair Suspension/Steering Repair Brake Repair Electrical/Electronic Systems Repair Heating & A/C Repair Engine Drivability Diagnosis & Repair (optional)
