LoanPro's Jr. Graphic Designer will support our in-house creative team by assisting in the development of visually engaging designs across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with experienced designers and marketing professionals to create compelling graphics that align with our brand's identity. This internship offers hands-on experience in graphic design, allowing you to build your portfolio and enhance your design skills in a professional setting. Responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.
What You'll Do:
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that represent the company and the products accurately and meet business goals Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately Assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials, including digital and print PDF design, slide presentations, and other supplemental graphics. Support the design team with revisions and updates to existing projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Prepare and format designs for final delivery in an organized file chain. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications Collaborate with internal and external team members throughout the various phases of a project Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Inform marketing team on the evaluation of design concepts helping to ensure our designs are fresh and up-to-date Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs and how they use the product. An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at managers discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy. Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design A strong portfolio graphics in a wide range of creative projects and skill Knowledge of design techniques, principles, layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, digital, and web Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with problem-solving skills, independently exploring solutions before seeking assistance. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma (preferred) Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong file organization skills Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Time management and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Familiarity with google suite (slides, drive) preferred.What Makes This Role Special:
