Top Flite Financial, Inc.(NMLS #: 4181) is hiring a Junior Loan Officer to provide support to mortgage loan officer(s) in their daily duties. The Junior Loan Officer will work directly with the loan officer(s), processor(s) to ensure a positive experience for customers and timely loan closings with the end goal of becoming a full time Loan Officer.
Job Duties:
Partner with Loan Officer on growing their/your own personal business.
WARM/HOT LEADS
will be provided. Assist in accepting and reviewing of all applications. Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate. Make timely contact with customers for missing information, as well as communicate with new applicants, via phone, email, etc. Assist Processors with all documents/paperwork to get loans closed early and on time. Assist in managing a pipeline consisting of multiple different mortgage products. Assist Loan Officer w/ promoting Top Flite Financial by calling potential applicants and following up w/ existing clients to explore future loan opportunities. Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods. Evaluates applicants' financial situation and eligibility. Analyzes credit and financial data of loan applicants to evaluate lending risks. Aids in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and realtor training.
Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented and dependable. Great communication skills. High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or educational equivalent from an accredited institution. A minimum of 1 year mortgage-related experience Previous sales support experience, preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
