What You'll Do:

Lead and manage excavation crews handling sewer and septic installs, repairs, and replacements Operate excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and trenchers with precision Interpret blueprints, locate utilities, and ensure OSHA safety compliance Work closely with plumbers, inspectors, and project managers to hit deadlines Perform equipment inspections and minor maintenance Train crew members and promote a culture of ownership and accountability Deliver high-quality results that reflect Metro's standard of excellence Represent the brand with professionalism, honesty, and care

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of excavation and heavy equipment operation experience Proven leadership experience on job sites or construction crews Experience with sewer, septic, and underground utility systems Knowledge of trenching, shoring, and jobsite safety CDL Class A preferred or willing to obtain Clear communicator with a team-first mindset
