Our client is a family owned and operated corporation based in Palm Beach County, Florida founded in 2012. The job requires a heavy civil construction background and experience with Lime stabilization, flex base dirt and grading. Key Responsibilities Direct dirt work crew. Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for use. Tracking and recording daily production of the crews. Manage, supervise and coordinate onsite work crews. Communicate with inspector. Perform jobsite quality control checks. Monitor equipment to report any repairs to mechanic. Set up MOT based on a MOT plan. Overseeing the work of dirt and utility operators, laborers and others.
