Hours range from 5:30pm - 6:00am Pay Range $24.19 and up based on position and experience. $3 Night shift premium (6pm - 6am) and $2.25 Weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts). Could earn $1,500 in bonuses your first year. Job Summary Under limited supervision, operate multiple types of dairy equipment machines used for cheese and/or whey manufacturing processes, to produce product according to company specifications, quality, and safety objectives. You will also inspect, calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot the production equipment, and perform preventive/general maintenance, and communicate to Cheesemakers and/or Process Specialists any issues and adjustments that may be needed. High School or GED; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience and/or training required. Prior experience working with food manufacturing equipment desirable.
