Job Summary:
As an Office Sales Insurance Agent, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and building lasting relationships from our office location. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively connect with potential customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings, educate them on our insurance products, and offer personalized solutions that meet their specific needs. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Schedule virtual appointments with prospects and conduct in-depth consultations to understand their insurance requirements, risk profiles, and financial objectives.Insurance Solutions:
Present and explain suitable insurance products and coverage options to clients via phone or video conferencing, considering their unique circumstances and budgetary constraints.Customized Proposals:
Prepare and deliver personalized insurance proposals tailored to each client's needs, ensuring they understand the coverage and benefits offered.Relationship Building:
Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and offering additional products or policy adjustments as needed.Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and competitor offerings to position our agency as a trusted and informed resource.Goal Achievement:

Previous Sales Experience:
Proven track record in inside or office-based sales, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.Insurance Expertise:
Current FFM Certification and familiarity with various insurance products, policies, and coverage options.Excellent Communication:
