Job Description

Data Analyst / Sharepoint Administrator (Remote) at GovCIO in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Data Analyst / Sharepoint Administrator to support program management, data analytics, and sharepoint reporting & enhancement activities at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Custody Programs Division (CPD). This role will be responsible for providing support within a team of analysts to government taskings, status reports, data calls, sharepoint maintenance, analytics and dashboard development, customer relationship management and various other programmatic needs. This role will be a fully remote position. Responsibilities + Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to collect and compile information to ensure timely responses to requests and ad hoc assignments. + Support current Sharepoint sites and reporting processes, edit Sharepoint Lists, and create new lists and workflows as needed + Support data analytics and reporting requirements for unit teams including weekly and monthly report requirements to the customer as well as real-time response to tasking-related data requests + Provide support to CPD data requirements within both internal and external data systems + Provide trend analysis to CPD data sets to understand and plan for program requirements + Support cross-functional data analyses to present overall program execution + Create, draft, and provide updates for the project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Understand the needs, issues, and challenges faced by the clients; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions. + Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. + Create project deliverables, including artifacts to ensure adherence to team compliance and quality standards. + Develop, gather and disseminate information and documentation among both business and technical customers in support of the Project Managers. + Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution. + Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project. + Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges. + Work with all team members to analyze changes in requirements and recommend the most expedient solutions in a timely manner. + Leverage advanced writing skills to translate complicated issues from multiple information sources into a clear point of view to create a compelling, conc
