- Preferably we would like folks local to the Columbus, OH area
- hybrid shift, 3 days in office per week, but are willing to hire remote workers, if they are the best candidates.
- Core business hours M-F (7a-4p or 8a-5p EDT).
- Gather, record, and perform initial troubleshooting on customer technical issues via phone support.
- Handle tickets coming in through the self-service portal and answer incoming chat requests.
- Manage personal ticket load and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay current with all products and services by attending trainings, meetings, and reading all provided documentation.
- Customer service is key.
- contact center or anywhere they did phone/email support is a plus.
- Familiarity using ticketing system.
Ex:
share well, ServiceNow, Spice works.- Filling out tickets and doing computer based application work.
- Based on a Microsoft and Windows platform
- Tech experience is a plus but not required.
- Degree not required but one/two years of relevant experience or combination of education.
