Prolato Clinical Research Center, an innovative research facility in Houston, TX, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Recruiter. The role involves strategic recruitment for various clinical studies, ensuring a steady enrollment of suitable participants.

Duties :

Follow up with a provided list of potential study participants. Adjust schedules and coordinate with clinical research coordinators. Learn about different studies to effectively recruit participants. Inquire with coordinators about study details when unsure. Maintain clear communication with potential participants. Ensure adherence to study protocols and recruitment guidelines. Help roll out new marketing strategies as needed.

Qualifications :

Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to learn and understand various clinical research studies. Experience in recruitment in a medical context is required Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with potential participants and team members.
