Core Responsibilities:

Daily Batching of invoices•includes manual commission entry, invoice review and correction Export Invoices into Quickbooks Daily Timesheet review as part of payroll prep Compiling timesheets, commission reports, and adjustments to be sent out for payroll review (Bi-weekly payroll) Maintain and update AR log weekly, includes regular review with department managers Maintain employee purchase logs Record Direct Labor against revenue Charging of club memberships Serves as a backup for other accounting functions

Minimum Qualifications:

1 year of accounting experience required QuickBooks Desktop experience required Service Titan experience a plus Experience in the Home Services industry a plus High school diploma/GED required Associate degree preferred but not required Excellent time management skills Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours Strong attention to detail Must pass drug testing and have an acceptable criminal background record. Be able to operate a PC, 10-key calculator, and standard office machinery. Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal) Knowledge of debits, credits, and general accounting principals Excellent interpersonal communication skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic accounting environment where your skills will be valued.
