Position Responsibilities Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Install and perform maintenance to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Participate in planning and implementing large-scale projects. Provide on-call support on a rotational basis. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience supporting PCs in an enterprise environment. Practical working knowledge of an Active Directory Domain environment. A+ and / or MCSA Certification preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and / or Intune for managing deployments and device updates is preferred.
