POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Solutions Specialist will be a savvy technical individual designated to maintain and to serve as the technical support for internal and external stakeholders. The Technical Solutions Specialist must support the DEUTZ Service Operations and Helpdesk team by handling and responding to inquiries. The ideal candidate must have a consistent willingness to increase their personal knowledge about our business, our products, our markets, and the customers we serve. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual with a results-driven attitude and a strong willingness to provide leadership by fostering a safe working environment while ensuring operational efficiencies are all met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: Be the technical support main point of contact between DEUTZ AG and Deutz Corporation Have Knowledge of the ZNV platform and SerDia 4.0 to be able to locally support internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify user needs for Salesforce and User Management projects. Understanding of business processes, workflows, and data models to design and develop solutions. Create custom Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and integrations to extend the functionality of Salesforce including developing new features, enhancing existing ones, and optimizing performance. Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and team members, including other developers, admins, and business analysts. Answer questions, providing training, and troubleshooting issues in Salesforce/MS Dynamics, User Management System, and SerDia 4.0. Design solutions that are scalable and maintainable, considering factors such as performance, security, and usability. This includes adhering to coding best practices and maintaining high-quality code Identifying and fixing issues in Salesforce/MS Dynamics, User Management, and SerDia 4.0 applications, such as bugs, errors, and performance problems. Ability to debug tools, review logs, and test solutions. Other duties may be assigned as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience using Salesforce Ability to create custom objects via Salesforce Ability to create programs, processes and formulas via Salesforce Computer knowledge and Experience using MS Dynamics Computer knowledge in (MS Office, Word, Excel) Bachelor's degree in a related field of study Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification Project Management Experience
LANGUAGE ABILITY
​​Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.​
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY
​​Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.​
REASONING ABILITY
​​Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.​
