Salary Range:

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $21.00/hr. with $1.00 raise at 90 days & another $1.00 at 12 months

Shift Differential:

$1.50 for Afternoon Shift Quarterly Incentive Bonus (based on goals) Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k

Machine steel parts using CNC and manual machines Read and interpret blueprints and production specs Ensure accuracy with digital calipers and measuring tools Comply with safety procedures and operate overhead cranes

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent required 6+ months machine operator experience (CNC preferred) Ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and complete reports Strong attention to detail and quality Must train on day shift (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM) for a few weeks

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly Must stand, kneel, and climb throughout the shift Vision and hearing ability to detect malfunctions Why Join Us?
