General Role Description The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the technology stack that drives revenue growth across Bridgeway Academy. This role is responsible for the coordination, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations of key systems including WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot CRM, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement platforms like AirCall, TalkDesk, and FreshChat. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where crossfunctional support and segmentation are essential to achieving team goals. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management and maintenance of company websites using WordPress, ensuring all pages are functioning correctly, optimized for performance, and aligned with current marketing and sales strategies. Manage e-commerce functionality through WooCommerce, including product setup, order flow configuration, plugin updates, and general troubleshooting. Serve as a key administrator for HubSpot CRM, supporting campaign setup, contact management, data hygiene, automation workflows, reporting dashboards, and integrations across departments. Working with IT, provide operational support for sales and communication technologies, including AirCall, TalkDesk, and FreshChat—ensuring systems are properly configured, users are onboarded, and issues are resolved quickly. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party developers or vendors to support technology needs, troubleshoot errors, and implement improvements across platforms in marketing and sales. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurture workflows, and other automation sequences within HubSpot. Assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation for systems, processes, and operational best practices. Support initiatives to improve data flow between marketing, sales, and customer service teams by identifying bottlenecks and helping to streamline system usage. Monitor the performance of systems and platforms, flagging issues proactively and recommending optimizations to support organizational growth. All other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Education and Experience Required:
2-4 years of professional experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or systems support role Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce (basic knowledge ofHTML/CSS
is a plus) Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools, including contact management, email campaign setup, workflows, forms, and reporting Familiarity with sales tools such as AirCall, TalkDesk, FreshChat, or similar systems Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage platform issues independently or in coordination with IT and vendors Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail A self-starter who can manage multiple systems and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:
