Dental Surgery Assistant -

NYCDENTAL NavitsPartners Union, NY Dental Surgery Assistant Duties:

Provide chairside assistance to dentists and oral surgeons during procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready. Record patient information in EPIC and assist with radiology tasks as needed. Manage patient care, including escorting them to the treatment area and ensuring comfort. Restock supplies and maintain inventory for dental and oral surgery procedures. Support the team with administrative tasks and patient documentation.

Skills Required:

One year of chairside dental assisting experience. Proficiency with EPIC and radiology equipment. Certified Dental Assisting Program completion preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required; Dental Assisting Certification preferred.

Stipend Range:

$75,000 - $95,000 annually.
