Responsibilities and Duties Lease apartments at a large multifamily apartment complex Greet potential residents and conduct property tours Assist with marketing efforts, including social media posts, and online listening Work as part of a high-performing team Qualifications and Skills 1+ year of leasing experience Experience leasing large properties with 350+ units High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license and daily access to a vehicle Perks Earn up to $24/hr base plus uncapped commission (Up to $200 per lease on average) Large property with 300+ apartments to lease in 2025 4 weeks of PTO Full benefits package with 401k, insurance, etc. $3k per year in continuing education
