• Responsibilities for a CNC Lathe Operator include but are not limited to:
• + Setup, layout, and operation of various CNC lathes and/or mills + Reading blueprints or job orders for product specifications and tooling instructions + Securing workpieces and tools in appropriate positions + Adjusting machine settings including feeds, speeds, and depth of cut + Using micrometers and calipers to verify conformity to specifications + Performing quality checks and reporting discrepancies + Following visual work instructions and standard work procedures + Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area (5S standards) + Flexibility to rotate across work cells as needed + Adhering to all company safety protocols and wearing required PPE •Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:•+ High school diploma or equivalent required + Minimum •1 year of CNC Haas experience•+ Experience operating •Haas CNC lathes•with •setup and offset adjustment•+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions + Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools + Strong attention to detail and quality-minded work habits + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
