As the Quality Control Technician, I perform field and lab tests on ready-mix concrete to ensure compliance with ACI, ASTM, and DOT standards. This is a seasonal, entry-level role that provides hands-on experience in concrete testing and mix performance evaluation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

: Conduct slump, air content, unit weight, and temperature tests. Collect and document concrete samples from production sites. Assist with mix adjustments to maintain quality. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment. Accurately record and report test results. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician - Grade I certification within 12 months of hire. Ability to obtain MnDOT Plant/Agg/Field/Strength certification within 12 months of hire. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Must be willing to work early mornings, some nights, and some weekends Valid driver's license (regularly required to drive and navigate to job sites) Travel as required
